I have the iphone 4 purchased from one of the middle east countries. I couldn't find the facetime menu on my phone. how can i change it?thansFa

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.3

If you purchased the phone from a region that has banned FaceTime, you can not change that fact.

iPhone bought from UAE countries do not have FaceTime because it is banned.

Using it outside of UAE do not change the fact that it will never be able to use FaceTime.
