Q: configured in chinese

When I slid the bar to configure my iphone 5, the language choice popped into Chinese and now I'm stuck in a language I can't read.

How do I fix this?

This from the Apple Support Article :

On the Home screen, locate and tap the icon that is SETTINGS
Choose GENERAL from the Next Screen
On the next screen, choose INTERNATIONAL
Pick your language from the list
After a few seconds, your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch should return to the Home screen and display the language you selected.
