Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
That's an Internet Recovery error. Unfortunately, we can't access to what that code means, but it's probably related to download and save Recovery. Instead, try using Recovery HD, holding Command and R keys while your computer is starting. Read > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4718
I had this same problem, and despite the message, 6003F is not documented anywhere. Unfortunate.
I believe this simply means the Apple servers aren't visible on your default network—in this mode, your Mac can't access your saved network name and password. If you hold the Option key on bootup instead, you'll get the Startup Manager. That screen will let you select a wifi network and enter a password, if needed. I did this and was able to download the recovery image.
Good luck. I'm answering all the recent 6003F questions I can find to help the next person 🙂

Hello! I have the same problem, and i tried to do what you suggested, but my wifi doesn't appear in the list of available networks..... :/ do you know why or what i could do?
Got the same problem just today. I woke up my Macbook Air 11" 128GB 2012 and it's hung up. On force restart - a blinking folder with a question mark and error 6003f when trying Internet Recovery.
The most probable is that the SSD died, considering what I've read on forums. The downside is that my warranty period ended just weeks ago... Freakin Samsung and its faulty drives...
Oh yeah - and BTW - http://www.apple.com/support/macbookair-flashdrive/ - You may be part of a recall. Just updated today. I'm reisntalling my OS now to see if I'm impacted.
I had that same error, but my computer doesn't recognize the hard drive.
