i have internet service but can't get email

Email is controlled by the mail application or a 3rd party application. You have to configure it with your correct incoming and outgoing server.. for example.

incoming for my hotmail account is: pop.hotmail.com

outgoing: smtp.hotmail.com

Look up how to set up email.. Google is your friend...
