font issue safari

I have the following issue with fonts in Safari.

Resolves already tried with no effect.

1. Clean font cache

2. Install all System and Library fonts from another mac not having this issue.

3. Turn off text smoothing for font sizes 8 and below - ticked. System Prefs > General

4. Checked language order in System prefs > General

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3), Quad Core i5

I have now rescaled the image to be within the px limits.
