iPod Nano 6th keep turning off when discounted from power or computer

My ipod nano keep turnning off when i discounted from the power, evne if a pluged in a charge for 2 hours. When i unplug it installiy turn off. I have ipod nano 6th gen, 2 week title warrently, could still get replacement? or repair ???. Should i go to the shop i brought it from and get replacement or go to apple to store to fix it?? how much would it cost??
