i can't find my icloud upgrade purchase

In late 2012, I purchased a $20 upgrade for iCloud storage. The purchase was made with credits from iTunes cards which were recorded in my account. The purchase was deducted from my account; however, now I cannot find where my iCloud storage has been upgraded. In addition, new music I have added to my iTunes library within the past few months has not been stored in iCloud.

Any idea where I can get both issues rectified??

iPad 2, iOS 6.1.3, ITunes on PC using Windows 7

Thanks for the question and we definately have an answer for you. The storage you purchased for iCloud is essentially for backing up your iOS device data. The first article I have included, goes over what iCloud backs up. If you need to cancel the extra storage you can do this directly on the device with the second article I have provided. Media that is purchased with your iCloud account is not part of your storage plan. Your Apple id keeps track of what you have purchased and allows you to download this media at any time free of charge. The last article covers redownloading past purchases.
