Black screen power is there
A tech helped me with this before, but, I forgot the steps. The power is working, my screen is blank/black. Nothing. Please help. On a deadline.
MacBook Air
Restart.
Press F2 key repeatedly.
Reset SMC. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964
Choose the method for:
"Resetting SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own".
