You can't unforget a Device.

What are you trying to "Unforget" ?

To pair the devices again, turn the bluetooth ON, on BOTH devices. If it's a handset, maintain the power button until the light starts blinking. (The password for MOST handsets is 0000). If not, refer to the Manufacturer Manual.

I have the same problem. In an attempt to correct a connection problem between my iPhone 5 and Prius bluetooth for my phone calls, I selected forget this device. Now when I try to re-pair the devices, the iPhone does not show the Prius Multi-Media device, even though it is discoverable, waiting for the passcode.

Can I make the iPhone un-forget thhe device?

Go into the vehicle settings and remove the phone from the list. On the iPhone, remove the Prius from the list, if it isn't already. Consult your vehicle guide on how to do it, but then put the Prius back into discovery/pairing mode. Turn on the Bluetooth for the iPhone, which puts it in discovery/pairing mode. The two should see each other, then follow whatever other directions you need for the Prius, usually putting a PIN number in and you should be back in business.

ChrisJ4203...Thanks for the suggestion, but that did not work. The iPhone is deleted from the vehicle's list and of course it is no longer on the iPhone's bluetoothe list. Since the address was "forgot," the iphone will not recognize the device address of the Prius' bluetooth. I was able to connect another iPhone, which means the problem is with the iPhone. I need to find out how to get it to recognize the Prius device address 04766ea9756d.

Any suggestions on how to change the settings on the iPhone?

You cannot make any modifications to the Bluetooth settings on the phone. The other iPhone that you had connect, is the same model and iOS as the one you are trying to connect? Reset the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. After the phone reboots, then go through the pairing process again. If it fails to pair after that, then I would make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar to have the hardware checked.
