Problem with MacBook Pro charger

Hi everybody, I have been using my new MacBook Pro for just a week. After making the battery calibration, the charger didn't work no more. The MBP is working fine, but the charger is making an istrange internal beeping. When I plug into the MBP the green/orange led doesn't shows up. Any idea?

Mac OS X (10.4.6) MacBook Pro 1.83 GHz

bring it back, you don't want to mess up your macbook for a faulty charger.

In my experience with other computers as well, anytime a power inverter or battery makes a noise, you're looking at a bad situation.

STOP USING IT PLEASE

You don't want to hurt yourself or damage the computer, bring it in immediately

it could... anytime you have a shoddy power adapter you have the potential for messing up the battery and internal components.
