All my contacts disappeared from my iPod Touch

All my contacts disappeared from my iPod Touch!

I was not syncing, I don't use the Cloud, I was just checking if i had any messages on Viber...

All of a sudden, Viber didn't display any names any more, so I checked my contacts, and it just displays that my contacts are empty...

Is there any way of getting them back?

Restore from backup. See the restoring topic of:

iOS: How to back up

If you restore from iTunes backup

To help prevent the last backup from being overwritten and thus erasing the Messages from the last backup turn off autosyncing so that you have to overtly start a sync. To turn off go iTunes>Preferences>Devices and check the box that says "Prevent iPods...".
