Aug 10, 2013 5:54 PM in response to questionfromcaby keith20mm,Today is the 'last day of the week' that Apple stated they would have this dev registration back working.
I get to the last screen and, alas, there's no button to click to complete the purchase.
So I'm stopped from registering as iOS developer.
Last text I see is
"Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from the Apple Online Store. Within 24 hours you will also receive an activation email from Apple Developer Program Support. If you do not receive this activation email, please contact us."
Is there supposed to be a button so that I can "complete my purchase"?

Aug 10, 2013 8:37 PM in response to keith20mmby denyull,You're supposed to get a confirmation of the purchase straight away, which states that it will be "delivered by email within 24 hours" and then within 24 hours you're supposed to get the activation email. I've been waiting 16 hours for my activation email.

Aug 12, 2013 12:37 PM in response to questionfromcaby jenksie1,Having the same issue at the minute. Got my code about an hour ago, so I clicked on it and it said;
"There was a problem redeeming your activation code. You may have redeemed this activation code already or you may be signed in with the wrong Apple ID. Please verify that you are using the same Apple ID and password you used to begin your enrollment, and try to log in again."
What an absolute farce.

Aug 23, 2013 3:00 AM in response to questionfromcaby ashish999,Same issue. I have paid twice to get "Enrollment ID" but I still keep getting the message that I have to still complete my purchase. When I go purchase page again it again asks for payment info. No email notification.
Does anyone know customer care number for India?
Thanks.

Aug 23, 2013 6:51 AM in response to keith20mmby keith20mm,Ok, something changed. On the message where "your purchase" is a hyperlink, clicking that got me a slghtly changed display.
It showed me what my purchase was to be, with the "Add to Cart" button underneath.
So, clicking the Add to Cart now takes me to the apple store.
Before, clicking Add to Cart took me back to the aforementioned display.
Finally, I was able to purchase the dev and to commission some Apple devices, based on UID.

Sep 11, 2013 11:54 AM in response to questionfromcaby elmath,I can't activate my Mac Developer Program either due to some "identity verification problem". I've filled up a support ticket and send a follow-up email a few days later. Still waiting 5 days later :-( but my credit card was charged immediatly. Apple, fast to cash, sluggish to deliver the service.

Sep 16, 2013 2:34 PM in response to questionfromcaby m0thr4,I can't get past the very first screen. I've filled in all the fields, except for where it says "Select State", because we don't have "states" in the United Kingdom and the drop-down list is empty anyway.
Every time I try to submit the form, it tells me "Please fill out all required information" but does not say which fields it thinks I haven't filled in.
Exceptionally poor UI design, from a company that normally excels at this.

Sep 17, 2013 7:33 PM in response to m0thr4by elmath,I had the same problem. I've been able to submit the form after a few reloading, going back and forth, changing the country. If I remember well, the empty field was a hidden field which is visible/invisible based on the selected country. And for whatever reason it wasn't displayed even if it was mandatory. So play a bit with the form and the page and at one point it should work.

Sep 24, 2013 5:28 AM in response to elmathby biteplanet,After help from the Apple support line my problem is solved:
The postal code (which was automaticaly filled in from my dev-account) contained a space, which caused the problem. So (1234 AB instead of 1234AB).
They could have been more clear instead of "fill in all required fields"....
Anyhow, after that I could finish the registration.

Sep 25, 2013 3:09 AM in response to biteplanetby ID Consulants,I made the mistake of purchasing the developer programme through the UK apple store apparently without completing the iOS developer programme enrollment at developer.apple.com first.
Having had a similar issue I phoned developer support.
They made me log in to developer.apple.com and re-enroll in the iOS programme Go as far as the checkout (but don't actually checkout) and then click the activation link in the email.
Job done (and only and hour in the developer support queue - they must be busy - can't think why).
The guy from the developer support also made sure there were no spaces in my postcode as he said this had been an issue.
