- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Go to Settings>Maile. The mail account and turn it off andf then turn it back on.
- Restore from backup. See:
- Delete the account fro the iPod and reenter the settings.
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
