I see all my apps under Library but do not see a top tab nor an option to "sync apps" anywhere. Help?
iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.3
Select the device in iTunes.
The tabs will then appear.
Select the content desired to sync.
Sync.
Synching apps iTunes --> iPhone
