My phone will not come on just the apple faintly but before this I could not reach anyone. It would ring the person I called but they could not hear me What is the matter?

My I phone 5 is not coming on. If I try to start it the apple comes on faintly and then it goes out. Earlier todaye I called a cell and it worked fine.I tried to call my home phone and it would not ring yet my Husband tried to answer but I could not hear him. When I dial out it does not ring on my end and when they try to answer answer I can hear them but they can not hear me. Took it to the Bell dealer in the Mall at Kindersley Sask. and they put a new card in and no different.At that time it was still coming on and now it will not.have not had this phone very long and I am not impressed. The people I bought it from phoned and they told him to reset it but now it will not come on and the battery is not dead. Can I take it back to the dealer

I bought it from and have him replace it? I do not want to have to wait 2 weeks for a phone.
