What to do when Itunes fails to start?

I can't get ITunes to start. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but to no avail. Please help!!!!!!!!!

I have some information that might help you troubleshoot this issues. Try the first article step by step and test the results. The second article is complete uninstall of iTunes and all it's components, then reinstall.
