Is there a Public Domain sell policy?

Hi, Amazon doesn't allow the selling of a public domain book on there store unless you have the following:

• (Translated) - A unique translation

• (Annotated) - Contains annotations (unique, hand-crafted additional content including study guides, literary critiques, detailed biographies, or detailed historical context)

• (Illustrated) - Includes 10 or more unique illustrations relevant to the book

Their policy is to not publish undifferentiated versions of public domain titles where a free version is available in their store.

Is there any similar policy or any policy at all for selling public domain books in the iBook store?

Thanks
