Ringer and Earphones

Hi,

I own an iPhone 4S. When I plug my earphones in, the ringer sound comes only from earphones. I would like to hear it also externally. I wonder whether there exists a setting with which I can choose between 1) ringer sound only in earphones 2) ringer sound from both earphones and external speaker.
