I have had 3 models of the iPhone's now. And now on the iPhone 5, my calendar doesn't show the U.S. Holidays any more. WHY? Can I get these holiday's back on the phone calendar?

Do you own a Mac? One way to get the US Holidays is to download the calendar to iCal on your Mac.
If you are synced with iCloud, the calendar should appear.

NO, I don't have an MAC. I use a PC to sync my iPhone 5.
Also, let me clearify this, U.S. Holidays use to be on my iPhone, but for some reason it's not anymore. In fact it has been on all of my iPhones since I got my first one in 2007, I had the first iPhone, iPhone 3, iPhone 3Gs and now the iPhone 5. The U.S. Holidays where on my iPhone 5 until about a month or 2 ago. I don't know why it disapeared.
To add the U.S. Holiday calendar to your phone do the following:
In the server field, input: ical.mac.com/ical/US32Holidays.ics - then tap Next
I would recommend webcal://files.apple.com/calendars/US32Holidays.ics
Do you use Outlook? If so, there is a setting to add holidays to the calendar there as well.
Yes, I do use Outlook, and I have had the Holiday thing turned on for years before Apple even came out with the iPhone. That is why it was showing the holidays on my iPhones before, I just don't know why it isn't on the iPhone anymore.
Have you done an upgrade to Outlook? Check to see if the holidays is still checked in Outlook options.
No I have not upgraded outlook, and yes the holiday is still checked. Things seemed to have changed when I updated iPhone iOS a month or 2 ago
It could have to do with the fact that holidays have no ending date and at times Outlook and the iPhone have a problem with this. Try going into iTunes and reset your sync history. You can also try and run scanpst.exe on yor Outlook data file to try and repair any file problems that may exist there.

When MobileMe still existed, the U.S. Holiday calendar subscription address used to be: ical.mac.com/ical/US32Holidays.ics
That address will not work, and has been changed. The correct U.S. Holiday calendar subscription address is: webcal://files.apple.com/calendars/US32Holidays.ics
I had the same problem and fixed it. In outlook,
Tools>Options>Calendar>Calendar Options> Add Holidays. Add holidays. Even if it says you they are there, select Add holidays again.

I am still having problems with this. I haven’t connected my iPhone to my computer to my iPhone since the iPhone 5 came out. At the time I still had iPhone 3Gs. But this has happened since that update. So it’s happened for 3 main IOS updates. A couple years ago I was told to use files.apple.com/calendars/US32Holidays.icsBut its worse now with this new IOS7 update. I say worse because I have the iPhone 5 now, and not only does the OUTLOOK holiday thing not work, update IOS7 removedfiles.apple.com/calendars/US32Holidays.ics from my iPhone. So it seems like Apple doesn’t want holidays on our iPhone’s
I mean it’s so bad, that things like birthdays and Anniversary’s are on my icalendar two or three times. WHY???
Apple really needs to come out with an update that has a thing like Outlook where we can turn on or off U.S. holidays. And they need to fix other problems with the iPhone Calendar
I was finially able to fix this problem, thanks to the help at www.slipstick.com/outlook/icloud-and-outlook-problems
Basically all I had to do was go into icloud on my PC click the box to uncheck the box for the "contacts, calendars & task with outlook", click apply and then click the box to recheck it and click apply, then it updates all my contacts and calendars, and now all the holidays are showing up on my iPhone and on my iPad Mini...
I thought I would share this so that if anyone else has problems...
