Managing Apps in Profile Manager

Hi

I have to install free apps on iPads with Apple Profile Manager.

Since Apple ID will be unique for all devices, that means I have to downlaod each app several times with correct apple ID.

Assume I have to install 10 apps on 10 iPads, thats means 10x10=100 apps (I will put them in separte folder) but problem is when I have to add apps for each iPad I have to scrol all 100 apps(which are similar as we have downloded it 10 times with 10 diffirent Apple IDs). Thats means soon I have thousands of apps and apps management will be cohasive in terms of management and it will be very easy to mix up the apps.

Please let me know if someone has an expert advise
