How can I retrieve a audio book, that says it's been downloaded, but is not anywhere I can find to hear it?

I am having trouble downloading an audio book from iTunes, it says that it downloaded, but it is not anywhere that I can see to hear it. Does anyone have any ideas that can help me ? I have already contacted support, but the advice given still has produced my audiobook that I have paid for.
