How can I find TV show episodes that are available for download but not appearing under Purchased?

I purchased All My Children (season pass) and need help in 2 ways:

1. I want new episodes to automatically download, but there's not a TV Shows option for Automatic Downloads (in the Preferences section under Store).

2. I have 2 episodes waiting for me somewhere, but they're not showing up in Purchased.

Any suggestions for one/either of these items?
