When trying to play the video in apps TSN , U tube and Pictures on my IPAD it just sits there and nothing comes up to play. Thought I had too many videos or pictures so I deleted some, but I still can not get it to play.

Hi, I had this problem too on my iPad 2 (16GB WIFI iOS 6.1.3). For me all video was not working across all apps, Facebook, TV Catchup, Safari/Chrome. If you've not already solved the issue I found that simply turning the iPad off and on again solved it for me! Also ensure your Wi-Fi/Data Signal is good when watching videos using the Internet.
