i am really struggling to connect to itunes store , i am running windows vista and when i try to connect to itunes store it just does not connect i have tried removing and reinatalling i tunes , ensured that the firewall allows i tunes through opend ports 80 and 443 removed itunes from app data as suggested on the net and still it doesnt connect , i am befuddled as to what to do next , please hel

for some basic tips to start isolating the cause of the problem. What you may need to do is temporarily disable any such service and see if that fixes the problem. If so, then if it's a firewall/Internet filter that's causing the problem and you'll need to set the offending service to allow iTunes to connect to the iTunes Store.
