I have done the restore thing for my lost passcode, and it still is not letting me restore. I have done it several times on different computers. What else can I do to access my itouch?

Why is it not letting your restore? Error message?
I did the steps to restoring my ipod, but the screen to give me that option to restore never comes up. the iPod is Disabled is still there. I've done the steps several times on a PC, and Mac. It wont work.
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.
