Spilt liquid over keyboard and it's swollen now

Yesterday I spilt tea over my keyboard and trackpad. Everything's working fine, but the spacebar and some keys feel sticky, even after I cleaned each one of them. I started noticing that some keys in the lowest row seem swollen or 'puffed', so that might be the reason of why they feel that way.

Do you think it might go back to normal or is it necessary to change the upper case?
