My boyfriend bought an Ipad mini from his friend, who got it from someone else. After I reset the Mini and inputed my Itunes information, the previous owner was able to view my information. He called and texted me for a few days. I was wondering if there were anyway for me to remove my Mini from the previous owners icloud or account, so that he wont be able to view my account information.

Suggest you setup the iPad as new and setup your own iCloud account.
Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings
If the iPad was totally erased before you got it, or if you erased it and set it up again, there is no way he can access any of your information on it. I don't see how he could access anything in your account on the iPad anyway, remotely that is.
Did you erase the device first in Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings and then activate it again as a new device?
Yes, we did. He was able to get my phone number off of my billing info from itunes.
There is no way he could have gotten that information from your iPad. Its not possible. The only way he could do that is if you shared an Apple ID. Does he know your Apple ID and password? He could not get into your iTunes account without knowing the ID and password.
I got an ipad mini and the previous owner will not remove ipad from his icloud.
