I have my yahoo mail as my mail account on my mac mini. While I am reading my emails, I keep having to give my yahoo password and "sign in" every few minutes. What is going on?

Network errors can cause the password dialog.

The correct answer to a Mail.app password dialog is almost always cancel, too.
