Only Sprint is authorized to unlock your phone. See if they do: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1937
You obviously don't understand how to unlocks work. You need to contact the provider, they are the only one that can authorize the unlock of a device. If you contact them and you qualify, they will unlock the device, if not, they won't.
