Q: iCloud backup message on iPad frozen

I have the following message on my iPad: iCoud Backup this iPad hasn't been backup in 2 weeks. Backups happen when this iPad is plugged in,locked and connected to wi-fi OK. When I click on OK nothing happens and the iPad is frozen

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)
