Hello ! I have a 16 GB iPhone. I tried to download but it has refused to install! I have tried everything even deleting more than 8 other apps! It still says I have to go to settings to manage my storage and there is not enough storage on the phone! Help!

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

When you go into Settings>General>Usage. What does it say at the top for GB available and GB Used? Also, how many MB is the device you're trying to install?

That would leave you with very little memory. That may be the reason it won't complete the install to your phone. I would try deleting songs you don't listen to if you sync music. As a second option (that I've had to do before) backup photos to your computer if you have several hundred in your photo library and then delete them from your phone. That's really the only way you're going to be able to get enough space.

Have you tried downloading the app straight into iTunes on your computer and then sync your phone? Thay may be a work around if it's not installing straight into your phone from the app store.

You need 2 to 3 times the amount of space free as the size of the download to download and install directly on the phone.

Either free up more space or download it using iTunes on your computer and install it from there.
