How do we DISABLE automatic downloads?

There seems to be enough info about enabling them, nothing about disabling. I have shows that my wife watched on another computer (having bought them with my account) but I don't want them. They're always trying to download automatically on my laptop. I can't believe I can't make them go away! I don't want them!
