Bootcamp selector not showing all volumes

I have triple-boot (Mac, Win7, Ubuntu) but only two volumes show up, Mac and Windows. The Windows volume then takes me to the GRUB menu, where I choose Ubuntu ow Win7. How do I change that so the three volumes show up on the selection screen?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)
