Q: Connecting MacBook Air late 2010 to LCD TV with HDMI

I have a MacBook Air late 2010. I want to connect from the MacBook to an HDMI interface on a Visio TV and display doc.x files. Which port do I use?

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.6.8), Late 2010

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities

The Late 2010 MacBook Air has got Mini DisplayPort, which you have to use in order to connect your computer to the TV. Now, you have to buy a Mini DisplayPort to HDMI adapter and a HDMI cable, so you will be able to connect the computer and the TV. Image should start displaying automatically in the TV after connecting the cable.
