Do you have support in Spanish?

I Need, help with my iPad Mini, and connect it to my co, mputador, and asked me to update the Tunes, once I did, change all my information it contained and placed the other user. How do I restore my iPad?

From what you are saying, it sounds like you restored from another backup and not your own? Is that what you are saying?
