I keep getting error 2502 and 2503 when trying to install itunes on my Win8 in order to back up my iphone; are there any downloads to correct this; any help????
iPhone 4, Windows 8
1) download itunes installer
2) right click on downloaded file
3) select run ad administrator
boom problem solved

Are these errors being generated just from the install of iTunes? If so, it could be something with the security software in Windows 8. You may need to disable Windows Defender or the Windows Firewall temporarily to complete the download and installation.
The issue seems to be with Windows 8/computer. Try googling those error codes and see what result you get.
