I keep getting error 2503; 2502 when trying to install itunes in order to back-up my iphone; are there any downloads to correct this problem; any other help???

1) download itunes installer

2) right click on downloaded file

3) select run ad administrator

boom problem solved

The issue seems to be with Windows 8/computer. Try googling those error codes and see what result you get.

Are these errors being generated just from the install of iTunes? If so, it could be something with the security software in Windows 8. You may need to disable Windows Defender or the Windows Firewall temporarily to complete the download and installation.
