My iPhone screen changed to weird colors. How do I change it back?

Settings>General>Accessibility>Invert Colors>Off.

I think Gfm16 and I may be having the same issue. I just downloaded the new IOS upgrade for my 4S I phone. My screen now has the awful lime green, blue and orange color scheme that is on the new 5 I phones. I want my old color scheme back. Is there a setting I can go to to revert back to the 4S display.

Is your phone jailbroken?

What weird color? What were you doing when it changed color?

Ok but that just inverts weird light to dark and even distorts pictures used as wallpaper. Need to choose the colors to use.

I changed something in settings on my iPhone and I can't find it back again It changed everything to a negative image or color

Are you referring to wallpaper? There is no "color scheme" for different iPhones. Try going to Settings>Wallpaper and finding one you like.
