I noticed that there is an update for the MacBook Pro w/ Retina Display (15 inch) for "a rare issue where users may experience slow frame rates when playing graphics-intensive games "

I have the same problem but I don't see an update for my laptop. This problem just started happening few days ago when I play an app called Red Crucible 2 (I've been playing for a while though) And I've already tried to play it on the game's website but I still have the same problem.... Help?

Do me a favor, open a terminal, type system_profiler and let it run.

When its done, do a cmd-f and type 'Graphics/Displays'. When it finds it, select everything under it through 'Locations', copy, and paste it here.

ok so i thought that it might be a BootROM or SMC thing but it looks like its all in order. Reset your SMC though that might help.

EDIT: Also go into all that i asked you to post and delete your Serial Number and UUID. the world doesn't need to know those. (should have told you thought at first. Sorry!)

EDITx2: and the reson that it was just for the 15"s was because the 15" have dedicated graphics chips and you dont.
