iOS 6.1.4, no battery fix :-(
You need to fix the dame battery drain issue, most importantly!!! Who care's about the speakerphone, that's our lest concern.

This isn't apple that you're speaking to. If you have feedback, please go to apple.com/feedback
6.1.4 doesn't fix battery drain because 6.1.3 didn't cause battery drain. There are dozens of threads about this already. I'm not going to repeat them. But NO RELEASE WILL EVER FIX BATTERY DRAIN, because it isn't caused by a specific version. It's caused by corrupt data that got restored as part of the upgrade process.
Ahahahahahaha. What a bunch of crap.
6.1.3 causes battery drain. Period.
I've restored my phone as a new phone and it still drains. 6.0 was fine. Issues started after 6.1.
After 6.1.2 I noticed my phone turnin off at 15% or other weird times. That led me to discover that if the phone says, for example, 97% after 5 minutes use I can restart it and it'll say 100% again.
It's insane.
I never update from WiFi. I download the whole almost 1GB every time. I wiped everything and set as new phone. Put my apps back manually and nothing. Same problem.
There is a problem and it is a real problem.

Not for me or any of the 20 or so people I know with an iP5 and not insane. Sounds like either the battery meter or the battery itself is bung in your phone.
And BTW, last wipe I did I deleted every restore from the computer. It was setup as new. Nothing there. I just synced the apps and music.
You say "corrupt data" but you really don't know what you're talking about. It's just generic talk that doesn't really mean anything.
What corrupt data? What exactly are you talking about? Apps? How can an app he corrupt? An app is corrupt and works perfectly fine? How does that happen?
What data? iOS? Is iOS corrupt? How can it be corrupt and work perfectly fine? Why is it the battery that gets affected for all of us corrupt people and nothing else?
Nonsense.
I know you're going to say, some app is being used in the background and draining the battery. Isn't iOS designed to prevent that? And how come my phone drains anyway even when I close all the apps? And how come there was no corruption on iOS 6.0 but on 6.1.2 all of a sudden we all get corrupted?
It just doesn't mean anything.
Really? So we ALL have battery issues all of a sudden? What about my sister in law? She has a new iPhone 5. Dead in 5 hours. My friend. iPhone 5. Goes from 10% to 4% and shuts down.
What about all the other people posting here with drain problems?
Just coincidence huh?
No, just bull
Coincidence it went "bung" after 6.1.2 I gess right?
Spoken like a true fanboy. We are all crazy. There is no issue.

Now that you mention it, you nailed the problem, And, it's less of a pleural issue...
There you go Brian. These are the people you're asking for help.
Just wanted to show you how Fanboys operate. You won't get any help from them. They just blame it on you. Troubleshoot it. If not, bring it to Apple. They'll restore the phone. They'll charge you for a new battery. Then your problem will still be there.
The one thing they will never do is admit its THEIR fault.
See antennagate.
I forgot to mention
When I loaded up 6.1.3 into my wife's new 3Gs (she bought a new one), it started doing the exact same thing mine is doing. Shows one % then you restart and it shows another %.
My imagination again Brian.
Yet not for 100 million others who updated. Coincidence?
How do you know what 100 million people are experiencing?
It doesn't matter that YOU don't have a problem. It matters that many people have a problem. Calling them crazy doesn't solve the issue.
The issue is very real to those who have problems. You're just being ignorant.
Nope, just not being an idiot.
