You could try some basic software fixing maneuvers, like booting from your recovery partition (you hold down R as you restart) and repairing your hard drive. But this sounds like a hardware problem to me. Time for a trip to the "geniuses" at the mac store. Sounds expensive, too. Hopefully you have applecare.
