My macbook pro had fuji xerox docuprint c2120 and now it cannot find it. someone help please.

Hello all,

I had installed a fuji xerox docuprint c2120.

Now macbook pro cannot find it. I used to print fine.

I'm also running windows xp through vmware. I could print through that as well, but not anymore.

I've got the disc for installation. I tried to do it and it still does not recognise it and I'm frustrated.

Please any suggestions.

For the printer to be visible in the Default Add printer view, it would have to support a protocol like Bonjour. Checking the brochure for this model I cannot see any mention that this protocol is supported.

So it may prove easier to add the printer by selecting IP > HP Jetdirect-Socket and then entering the IP address of the C2120. You can leave the queue name blank, change the Name to C2120 and select the supporting driver in the Use menu.
