Does the app still show in your subscriptions as described on the page that you posted from ? Or are you subscribed via their website :
If the app doesn't appear on your iTunes account subscriptions and you are being charged via iTunes then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they can help : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
