Hi All,

I recently bought a IPhone 4. I tried to sync my contacts/calander data base in MS Outlook with iPhone.

I am having a problem with the date format. The date format of my laptop is DD/MM/YY. However when I sync the same, some of the dates get automatically get converted in MM DD YY.

For example,

If the date was 05th Feb, 2013, the date after sync becomes 02nd May, 2013.

However if the date is say 23rd Dec 2012. It still remains the same. Primarily this problem is with the 1st 12 days on every month.

I tried changing the date format on my laptop to MM/DD/YY. But still have the same issue.

Appreciate if any one could reply at the earliest.

Regards,

Vivek

As soon as I did change my format to India - it changed all my dates to correct dd/mm/yy format. So lets put it in prospective. If your phone has correct format and your computer's outlook has the same format with date before months and it still happens to you - there is a problem with sync process. Do you use icloud or cable to sync with outlook? Did you notice if there is any common source for the dates that are being shifted (don't look past 12 of the month).
