On my iPad I try to log on to Face Time, but get the message that my id or password are wrong.  Settings for Face Time is set up, date/time is on auto, I can log in to cloud and apps store ok.  I've turned off and on Face Time, the iPad.  I don't know where else to look. We even tried setting up a new acct and tried another acct that belongs to my kid.  ??help
