How much is a used G4 Powerbook worth?

- bluetooth wireless
- 4 hour battery life
- backlit keyboard

very good cosmetic condition. clean install of newest operating system (tiger 10.4). Comes with chords, wall adapter, manuals and original install dvds. brand new 5400 rpm hard drive installed two months ago.computer is fully loaded with wireless, bluetooth, usb 2.0, dvd burner, modem, ethernet, etc.

Buddy has knocked his price down from $1600 to $1300 (CAD) and still is posting about not having any buyers and saying he can't afford rent hehe. I'm thinking of offering $1000, good deal yes or no? Are these fast enough to run latest apps?
