Q: does itunes match keep library after subscription ends

I subscribed to itunes match in the past but had discontinued my subscription. I lost the itunes library on my computer, however it is still on my phone and ive had some trouble with the third party apps ive used to pull the non itunes purchased media off my phone. Does itunes match still have my uploaded non itunes media saved? if i re subscribe will it be there?
