I have the same situation. Twitter update with the same email as you!..
What is happening with our security?
I also have a simillar problem with updating Twitter, only I get this Apple ID when trying to update.
It's not my ID, and entering mine results in same error (4).

I am having the same exact issue from my twitter app.. could it possibly be a cracked app that we may have downloaded that has the same mac store info in folders? not the most tech literate person but could definitley use help as that red dot update is killing me.
anyone know how to get rid of this problem??
Me too. Twitter update with error in the App Store. Please try again later. (4) and this id *** not my id. I don't even have Twitter installed (don't use it on my mac, only on ipad).
All other updates are still loading correctly. However, I can't actually install Twitter (if I wanted to) as it wants to use this guys account.

I have same email adress on my computer on the error 4
I'm having this error too.. Has anyone come up with a resolution yet?
:-S
Strainge how apple is not responding to this error... It also seems like there are no other updates then the twitter update.
I don't even have the twitter app installed... so I don't understand why it bothers me to update it??
I also have the same problem! So weird! Any fix?
Ok I found the problem. It appears that since I had a pirated version of Snapseed, the Appstore was trying to give me updates related to the account used to pirate the app. Everything is well explained in this thread : https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3512893?answerId=21871877022#21871877022
I deleted the app, restarted the App Store and everything is fine now!
I FOUND THE ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Follow the following steps
1.Open up terminal
2. Type mdfind kMDItemAppStoreHasReceipt=1
3. It will show every app on your computer regested to a apple id
4. Open up the Mac app store and go to purchases
5. Match up the items in the terminal list to the items in the purchases list.
6. Delete the items that apear in the terminal list that are not on your purchases
7. Empty the trash and restart your computer
8. Open the app store and it should be gone

Its because it is a third party app
It means that you downloaded a aplication of piratebay or something and it has some link to a compleatly different app.
