My outlook app is crashing after installing 6.1.4
Is anyone experience the same?

Do you mean the mail app is crashing, or Outlook on your computer is crashing?
Outlook does not run on the iPhone.

Re-boot the phone.
If that doesn't fix it, try deleting the mail accounts, re-booting the phone, then add the mail accounts back one at a time, testing after each one.
I tried rebooting, let me check on deleting the mail accounts and reboot.

I tried deleting all the accounts, i could not able to add gmail accounts again. Probably this is with gmail issue. Once I am entering gmail details the syncing page was crashing. Thanks tim.
If you had the gmail account(s) set up as Exchange account(s), that was most likely the problem. Google has terminated support for unpaid gmail accounts using Exchange Active Sync. You will have to set them up as "regular" gmail accounts.
I Set up as regular gmail account, not the exchange accout.
