When I follow the steps for adding a (Google contacts) CardDav account, I receive a message stating "Cannot Connect Using SSL - Do you want to try setting up the account without SSL?" and then I have the choice to cancel or continue.

When I follow the steps for adding a (Google contacts) CardDav account, I receive a message stating "Cannot Connect Using SSL - Do you want to try setting up the account without SSL?" and then I have the choice to cancel or continue. Any ideas how to remedy this? I wish to add/sync my Goodgle contacts to my phone.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4
