The latest Adobe Flash update requires quitting DashboardClient to continue. Cannot find, so I can't complete the download/update. Any fix?

Adobe update popup wants me to quit DashboardClient to continue. Cannot find "DashboardClient" so update won't finish. Any suggestions?

iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2010), Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Have you tried restarting your computer and then installing the flash update?

Open up Dashboard & quit any Widgets that are running.
